wellness app that reduces doomscrolling by turning daily steps into screen time

Built using Claude Opus 4.5

HealthKit • ScreenTime API

Zeno explores a different approach to screen time control. Rather than strict blocking or manual overrides, it uses steps as a permission system for distracting apps. Walking unlocks scrolling time. Time runs out. Apps re-lock.
