  • Why did you opt for Stoa?
  • Do they have a background in business, if yes, what are they trying to achieve through this cohort

Have they been a part of a CBC before - What values does it add to your life? Hypothesis CBC > Traditional Courses - Is it still true after they have completed the cohort?
  • No - Why did they chose CBC over traditional courses? MBA from a Business school has a status/tag to it, but CBC doesn't - what is your perspective?
  • Yes - What remained with you from the previous CBC?
  • When did they come across this CBC concept?
  • Their familiarities with tools - To identify the problem space
  • How does a typical day in that community look like for you? What are the things that you do in the discord community? - POV
  • How much of the decision to join the course was related to the costs and time involved in Traditional Business School? - How cost, time and community factors influenced their decision?
  • Where and how did you know about Stoa? - What mediums are they active and how good is their social media marketing?
  • What are the best things in the cohort till now? - To find the positives
  • What are one things you can improve till now? - To find the negatives/gap
  • How does mentorship work? Do they have a static mentor or do mentors keep changing?
  • How do they get their lessons? Are they all live sessions or do they have recordings also? what do they prefer? - Structure of the program and tools used

  • What was the motivation for you to be a part of this team? - Mindset behind the people working on CBCs (do they think it is the future/replace MBAs etc)

  • What is it that you gain here as a person/at a personal level what behavior do they associate CBC with (eg. personal growth/networking)
  • How do you save some usual queries and their responses from previous cohorts so that a new cohort member can directly access it instead of asking the question again? - See if a forum feature can help them
